Here at the Arizona Worm Farm, worms are our thing (if you couldn’t tell by our name). We breed Red Wiggler worms, the Cadillac of composting worms, hatched and bred right here on our farm. These incredible home and garden worms provide a natural, chemical-free alternative to breaking down waste and fertilizing soil.
A fantastic option for backyard gardeners and families looking to set up a worm composting bin in their homes. Beyond breeding these waste-eating machines, we also use them as helpers to create soil amendments known as vermicompost or worm castings and worm compost tea.
Red Wigglers are sold in bed run bags for $40 each.
Organic worm castings are famous for repelling pests and helping plants grow and absorb nutrients under challenging conditions. Unlike chemically treated soil designed to support one harvest, worm castings provide healthy bacteria that enriches the soil, creating more sustainable fertilizer.
We produce our castings in "wedges," where about 10,000 worms are fed a weekly dose of 1-2" of compost. As they feed on compost and more is added, they eat through the wedge and leave behind coveted castings or poop, which are harvested and offered for sale.
The following sizes are boxed fresh daily:

We offer microbially rich worm casting tea you can add to soil to promote plant strength, treat mild deficiencies, fight off pests, inhibit disease, and reduce plant shock.
To create this liquid garden gold, we combine fresh castings, compost, and foods for the microbes. Then we suspend it in pure well water and pump air into it for 24 hours, making those marvelous microbes quickly reproduce, for tea your plants will happily sip.
We brew fresh compost tea right in our barn and we sell it on Saturday mornings from 8-1pm
